Instructions & Installation Tips

Depending on the product and the selected size, we offer several possibilities for installation.Installation rights clashes with screw L

We will provide you with certain products and works of the attachment screws rights L to let you set up your work on any wall.

In case of installation simply:
- Mark the points hanging on your wall.
- Drill holes with diameters indicated with a drill.
- Insert the screw anchors into the existing holes.
- Tighten the fastening screws on the inside of your ankles.
- Hang your table. Before releasing it completely, make sure your hook point holds well and let gently rest your table.
- You can check the horizontality of your table with a spirit level for accuracy.


Installation with screw hidden flat heads

In some cases, given the large weight of our works done in marble and natural stone, the attachment system above is inadequate. For this we perform our works in wrought iron supports providing to leave the parts of the missing attachment points to make your installation.

These attachment points do not spoil your pictures as we will provide you with complete installation kits with missing tiles. It now simply:


- Mark the points hanging on your wall.
- Drill holes with diameters indicated with a drill.
- Insert the screw anchors into the existing holes.
- Tighten the fastening screws on the inside of your ankles.
- Filling the missing parts of your table with the supplied tesserae.
- Make the joints with cement glue tube that you will find in the installation kit.
- Wash and dry your mosaic after a few hours with warm water to remove residues left behind.


Installing rosettes and pavements

To install your floors and rosettes, NEPTUNE Mosaic® sends each work with the necessary and appropriate product. To do this simply:
- Smooth the surface on which you will put your mosaic
- Mark the exact location of your installation
- Prepare the glue supplied with your order and mix the water with the necessary proportions listed on the product.
- Ask your mosaic directly on the glue, making sure the distance between the different portions of your work if it is divided into parts. (Joins must equal spacing between tiles)
- Before the glue hardens, adjust the distance between the tiles so that all joints are uniform.

-Remove All traces of glue that exceeds
- Apply mortar jointing on the entire surface of your mosaic.
- Collect excess mortar with a trowel.
- Once applied mortar, there is a maximum time to start the cleaning phase before it hard Cisse.
- Clean your mosaic by spraying water over the whole surface and passing a sponge rinsed under water in a diagonal direction.
- Repeat several times until complete cleaning operation.


Care instructions

For daily cleaning of all our products, we recommend neutral detergents of common use. Do not use wax, oils, hydrofluoric acid and phosphoric acid or products containing it. For the regular maintenance of lime deposit, it is advisable to use a slightly acidic detergent while in all other cases, use slightly basic products, the terms and the recommended doses by the manufacturer, by flushing of and afterwards several times with clean water in abundance.
